Celebrating 75 Years of Serving the Gulf Coast
In celebration of Pen Air Federal Credit Union’s 75th anniversary (1936-2011), Pen Air has created a year-long advertising campaign focused on member testimonials – and some of these faces might be familiar to you! No one is more qualified to talk about Pen Air than the members themselves.

www.penair.org/loveit
Last summer, 15 Pen Air member-owners, volunteered their time to come and speak with us about their Pen Air experience.

Without prompting, they touted our safety and security, commitment to members and superior service our employees provide – all benefits you already enjoy, being a member-owner yourself. Because of these fabulous comments, those of us at Pen Air lovingly call these members the “Fabulous 15.”

We will also launch a web site dedicated to the campaign, www.penair.org/loveit, with a profile on each of the Fabulous 15, and a link to a short video of them telling their Pen Air story. There, you also have the opportunity to share your Pen Air story with us and possibly see it featured on the site.

The “Love It!” campaign will run throughout 2011 as we celebrate our diamond anniversary. Be sure to stop by your favorite Pen Air office to pick up the "Love It!" checkbook-sized calendar, as well as a “Love It!” car magnet (while supplies last) so you can show off your Pen Air pride!

Those of us at Pen Air appreciate your membership and are proud that you have entrusted us with your financial future for the past 75 years. Thank you for your membership.

Internet Access and Bill Pay Service Conversion

In February 2011, Pen Air will be converting to a new, enhanced Internet Access service. You will have access to an even wider range of products and services to fit your changing lifestyle and financial needs. You will be able to export to Microsoft Money, Quicken, or Quickbooks, mobile banking capabilities with your PDA/phone/iPhone, receive alerts, and process remote institution-to-institution transfers.

All the usual features you expect from this service to access your funds will still be available and more. You will be required to register your information with our new system. This will involve establishing new sign-on information.

Additional details about the new Internet Access service can be found here.
New Eastern Shore Branch Opening Jan. 10

Pen Air's newest branch will open Monday, Jan. 10! This much-anticipated branch is located at 10010 Eastern Shore Blvd., Spanish Fort, AL, 36527, just off of the Interstate 10 Malbis exit. Not only will this branch be convenient for Baldwin County members, but it's also a quick stop for Floridians heading west out of town.

Be sure to stop by this new, contemporary branch and meet branch manager Tabitha Raus and staff. A Grand Opening celebration is scheduled for February.

Round It: The Round It program rounds your debit card transactions up to the next dollar. The extra funds are transferred nightly to a special Round It Savings Account, earning the current Savings Dividend rate.
