Pen Air FCU Charity Golf Tournament Communerosity is par for the course at Pen Air FCU! Start shining those golf clubs! Did You Receive Your Tax Filing Forms? Important information on how you can access your forms for tax filing. If you have received $10.00 or more in interest income in 2014, you were sent a 1099-INT Form at the end of January. Members that receive eStatements will not receive a hardcopy of the form, as it can be accessed electronically through your Online Banking account. Qualifying members were sent the following tax filing forms at the end of January via mail or Online Banking. 1098 for Mortgage Interest 1099-INT for Interest Income 1099-R for IRA Distributions 1099-SA for HSA Distributions If you have misplaced, or otherwise did not receive your tax forms, please speak with a Member Service Representative by visiting your nearest Pen Air FCU branch, or by calling 1-877-4PENAIR.
