May is Military Appreciation Month In May 2011, You helped us raise more than $5,000 for our local USO. Can you help double that donation this year? Pen Air Federal Credit Union is giving back to members during Military Appreciation Month by offering double Premier Relationship Rewards points on everything! New purchases, loans, and recurring monthly values are all doubled during the month of May. Last May, more than $5,000 was raised for the USO during Military Appreciation Month. This year, we are challenging you to help us double that donation! When you make a donation of any amount to our USO fund, we invite you to honor someone who has served in the military by writing their name on one of our paper jet planes to be displayed in our branches. Ask any Pen Air FCU representative for more information on how to donate. Also throughout May, we’ve teamed up once again with TK101/ClearChannel radio for the Cell Phones for Soldiers campaign. Each cell phone donated equals minutes of phone time for our troops overseas so they can talk to their loved ones. Last year, our members donated enough cell phones for 23,460 minutes of talk time! Collection boxes will be available at all Pen Air FCU locations during the month of May. For more information, click here. Winner of the Arnold Palmer Sweepstakes, by MasterCard and Pen Air FCU Pen Air FCU and MasterCard gave Eavan Malone from Milton, Florida the trip of a lifetime! Malone, an English Instructor, was the grand prize winner of the Arnold Palmer Invitational Presented by MasterCard Sweepstakes with Pen Air Federal Credit Union! Malone won a 5-day trip to the invitational in Orlando. He was able to walk inside the ropes and follow a professional golfer, have access to the hospitality area, play 18 holes at an acclaimed golf course, enjoy an indulgent spa visit, and attend a meet and greet with Arnold Palmer.
